Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Neuro ICU Registered Nurse in Aurora, CO. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced surgical ICU environment. We welcome first-time travelers who meet the required experience.
Position Details:
Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) On-call: No weekend requirement; on-call as per unit needs Floating: Required as needed Certifications Required: BLS ACLS (AHA) NIHSS State License Experience
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience At least 1 year in a dedicated Neuro specialty ICU Special
Competent in Hourly Neurological Assessment Intracranial Pressure Management External Ventricular Drain (EVD) management Subarachnoid Hemorrhage Management Post-thrombectomy management Post-craniotomy management (post brain tumor resection) This facility features a 24-bed Neurosurgical ICU and is recognized as a Comprehensive Stroke Center and Level I Trauma Center. Please note that there are 10 RTO days maximum approved, with restrictions during specific holiday periods.
