NICU Registered Nurse (RN) Join a dynamic and dedicated team as a NICU Registered Nurse on a prestigious Level IV unit. This is an exciting opportunity for those who are passionate about caring for vulnerable newborns and their families. Position Overview Position involves floating between units as needed.
Weekend shifts are required – 6 weekends in a 6-week period, with variable self-scheduling. Block schedules are implemented for optimal work-life balance. Expected patient-to-nurse ratios are 1:2-4, ensuring quality care for each patient.
Longer contract durations available for candidates seeking stability. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience required; Level III experience is preferred. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing quality care in a Level IV unit.
