Licensure
✓Active California RN license in hand
Certifications
✓BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
Qualifications
✓Minimum 2 years of NICU nursing experience
✓NICU Level III experience required
✓First-time travelers accepted with at least 3 years of NICU experience
✓Every other weekend required
✓Floating to Pediatrics, PICU, and the Newborn Nursery (infants only) is required
✓No on-call requirement
✓Flu vaccination is mandatory
✓No exemptions or declinations accepted
✓No time-off requests during the first 2 weeks of the assignment
✓Christmas time-off requests will not be accepted
✓Thanksgiving requests may be considered subject to approval
