Will be teaching at the University of Baylor in Waco **MALE CANDIDATES ONLY** SUMMARYThe Clinical Professional Development Specialist using expertise in adult learning practices instructional design and learning technology functions autonomously and in collaboration with identified stakeholders to develop implement and evaluate clinical learning programs for BSWH clinicians patients and families that promote organizational goals and desired outcomes.

Employ expert diagnostic skills in differentiating complex learning needs from process and system needs. Assume active role in the development and implementation of evidence-based practice standards and guidelines for clinical learning.
Develop employ and evaluate innovative learning methodologies and best practices in adult learning and change to yield greatest positive impact. Create and evaluate effective learning strategies that align with changing goals. Design high quality comprehensive learning solutions and processes based on sound theoretical knowledge best practices and practical experience in order to maximize resource utilization and reduce learning time.
Design deploy and evaluate reliable and valid methods to validate competency and learning. Use both summative and formative evaluation to determine and communicate effectiveness of learning solutions to create desired outcomes. Identify and support unique learning needs in a respectful and effective manner.
Teach and coach others in learning solution planning and development. KEY SUCCESS FACTORSExceptional oral written and interpersonal communication skills. Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel PowerPoint Publisher).
Demonstrated initiative for proactive and independent management of time tasks and projects. Ability to establish collaborative relationships with subject matter experts and other internal and/or external partners. Ability to demonstrate a dynamic and innovative approach to learning seek and embrace challenges.
