1+ year recent relevant experience in scheduling, coordination, recruitment support, or administrative operations Experience with heavy calendar management, interview coordination, candidate scheduling, and follow-up Experience supporting recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, or internal business partners Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, status updates, and time-sensitive coordination tasks Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail Preferred
Experience in healthcare, staffing, recruitment, or physician/provider recruitment support Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruitment databases Experience with onboarding, offer letters, new-hire paperwork, credentialing, or reference tracking Experience coordinating with clinical leaders, providers, or healthcare candidates Summary / Duties: This onsite role supports physician recruitment operations with a primary focus on complex scheduling, coordination, candidate communication, and administrative follow-through.
The coordinator manages interview scheduling, candidate status updates, calendar coordination, referral tracking, new-hire paperwork, offer or confirmation letter support, and communication with recruiters, hiring managers, and applicants. Recruiting industry experience is not required, but candidates must bring strong schedule management, organization, customer service, confidentiality, and deadline management skills.
The role may also assist with applicant tracking, database searches, recruitment advertising coordination, reference or credentialing paperwork, and onboarding follow-up. Healthcare experience is a plus, especially in roles involving provider, clinician, patient, or clinical manager coordination.
