Summary / Duties: Sutter Health is seeking an Epic Application Analyst II to support its expedited Epic Willow Inventory implementation for inpatient pharmacy operations.
The analysts will provide hands-on Willow design, configuration, build, testing, implementation, and go-live support as the organization transitions inventory workflows from Lawson to Epic ahead of the planned July 2027 project completion. Responsibilities include supporting medication inventory levels, par configuration, reorder processes, receiving, inventory balance activities, and barcode-enabled workflows. Candidates must have relevant Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Inventory experience.
Epic Willow Inventory certification is strongly preferred based on manager guidance, but was not identified as an absolute requirement. The positions may be fully remote, with local candidates preferred for occasional onsite collaboration and limited go-live travel.
