The Cardiac Cath Lab is seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure optimal patient throughput. You will lead one of New Jersey's highest-volume Cath Labs, featuring advanced interventional procedures and a variety of specialized programs. Responsibilities Direct and oversee daily operations of the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of lab personnel. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments for high-quality patient care.
Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Implement quality assurance initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes. Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and best practices adoption.
Serve as a liaison with hospital leadership and contribute to service line growth. Support and expand regional cardiogenic shock and structural heart programs. Oversee the expansion and integration of new procedure rooms.
Required Experience Minimum 5 years of management experience. Experience managing large volume, with 4-5 labs needed. Critical Care/High Risk experience required.
Certifications / Licensure Required licensure as a Registered Nurse. ```
