** - Perform pre-employment health screens and collaborate with HR and core leaders for accommodations. - Manage surveillance services, including Tuberculosis, hazardous drugs, lead, and hearing conservation. - Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee health records in line with current procedures. - Participate in committees and huddles to share data and promote caregiver health and well-being. - Analyze occupational incident data to identify trends and make prevention recommendations. - Provide vaccinations and clinical expertise regarding infectious diseases. - Manage caregiver exposures to blood or body fluids, supporting them through established protocols. - Travel to various ministries to deliver on-site services as directed. - Share information on available Well-being and Injury Prevention & Ergonomics resources with caregivers. - Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and clinical projects. - Maintain adequate inventory and ensure equipment functionality. **Requirements:** - High level of accuracy and attention to detail, even under pressure. - Friendly and service-oriented demeanor. - Intermediate flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Eagerness to gain knowledge in the specialty area. - Proven time management and priority-setting skills. - Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements, including Joint Commission, OSHA, and CDC. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
