Employee Health Support RNFLU CLINICS Average 24 hours per week Clinic is open M-F. Hours are typically between 0700-1800, but can be as early as 0400. (4-6 hour clinics, 8 hour shifts) ASAP StartsOpenings: 2Duties:Assists with the care and management of the employee's health.
Primary focus is support of Employee Health clinics including but not limited to Flu and Respiratory Fit Testing. Assists with back up tasks to the Employee Health RN Coordinators as requested only for support of new hires medical clearance review, work injuries, exposures, return-to-work, fitness for duty, organizational requirements and wellness initiatives. Supports employee health clinics for Flu and Respiratory fitSupports other Employee Health activities or clinic initiatives.
Assists in promoting health services to employees that meet established medical standards, OSHA regulations and organizational policies. Patricipates in Performance Improvement activities. Participates actively on assigned committees or projects, as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge in Worker's Compensation regulations and claims experience strongly preferred. Clinical skills and injections. Ability to run specific clinics and document results in computer.
OJT training will be provided for specified software.
BSN required. Graduated from an accredited nursing school or college. Certification in Occupational Health nursing preferred.
Active, unrestricted California RN license required. License must be in good standing throughout employment. AHA or equivalent BLS required.
Three years professional-level experience in clinical nursing required. One year of Employee and Occupational Health nursing preferred. One year of case management experience preferred.
