Your responsibilities include evaluating patients’ physical and cognitive functionality, developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs, and implementing therapeutic interventions to help patients regain or improve their ability to perform daily activities. You will provide adaptive strategies and recommend equipment to support patient independence, work collaboratively with the medical team for coordinated care, and monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
