CA COTA LICENSE Facility Info: Client serves adults 55 and older who meet a nursing‑facility level of care and can live safely at home with support.

They care for seniors with a wide range of chronic and complex conditions, including mobility issues, arthritis, diabetes, cognitive impairment, and dementia.
