Occupational Therapist We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. This role involves evaluating patients, creating treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy aimed at enhancing independence in daily living skills.
Conduct evaluations and provide treatment to patients as per physician orders and referrals. Develop and regularly update individualized treatment and discharge plans based on patient needs. Accurately document all services provided in a timely manner.
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards throughout therapy services.
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD). Active state Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain). Strong clinical skills along with proficient documentation and communication abilities.
