Details Outreach Therapy/Outpatient Clinic setting Inpatient and/or outpatient experience required AM shift, 5x8s, 40 hours per week No on-call responsibilities Requirements Current state OT license required, if applicable OTR/L certification through NBCOT required BLS certification through AHA required Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required New grads welcome; 2+ years of experience preferred Additional Information Evaluate and treat patients in compliance with licensure standards Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on care planning, goal setting, and discharge planning Educate patients and families on treatment procedures, assistive devices, and home programs Provide clinical supervision to OTAs in accordance with state licensure standards Monitor program effectiveness and contribute to development of new treatment programs
