Details Home health setting covering the Salinas/Watsonville territory Day shift, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week 1:1 patient ratio, visiting up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard 36 guaranteed hours weekly Weekends as needed No on-call requirements EMR: Home Health MD Requirements Current CA OT license required, if applicable BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of home health experience required OASIS experience required Reliable personal transportation required Additional Information Provide home health occupational therapy services with efficient scheduling to minimize drive time Occasional travel radius of 50+ miles may be required Timely communication and documentation required Documentation tools provided by facility and must be returned at assignment end Business casual attire or scrubs acceptable Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate No parking costs Local candidates accepted First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
