This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced therapist to provide exceptional care in a home health setting. You will have the chance to work with a diverse patient population while enjoying the flexibility of a contract position.
Key
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in their homes. Manage a caseload of 5-6 patients per day, ensuring timely communication and documentation. Utilize provided documentation tools and return them as required.
Maintain a productive schedule while minimizing drive and windshield time.
Must have a valid California Occupational Therapist license. BLS certification required. 1 year of home health experience preferred. Own transportation is necessary; occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles may be required.
Additional Information: Compliance process takes about 2 weeks. First-timers are accepted. Weekend patient visits can be arranged to meet productivity standards.
