Outpatient Occupational Therapist – Huntington, IN Location: Huntington, IN Department: Rehab Therapy – Huntington

Full-time, 32 hours/week

Days, Monday–Friday Weekend/Holiday: Occasional coverage Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 Relocation: May be eligible for relocation assistance Key Requirement: Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) highly preferred CHT is not required at hire, but the candidate must obtain CHT within 18 months of hire

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Bachelor’s degree required for graduates before 1/1/2002; Master’s degree required for graduates after 1/1/2002 Must hold or be eligible for an Indiana OT license within 90 days CPR certification required within 90 days if not already certified Clinical experience is acceptable; prior work experience is preferred but not required
