Evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing environment. Develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care. Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living (ADLs) .

Address strength, coordination, balance, safety, cognition, and functional mobility. Provide adaptive equipment training and compensatory strategies as appropriate. Work with patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or hospitalization.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to maximize independence and safety. Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements Active Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain. SNF/LTC experience preferred. Current BLS certification.
