An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our acute care rehabilitation team. This position is essential for providing high-quality therapy services to patients in an acute care setting. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate documentation and records in EMR (EPIC).
Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions. Provide patient education and counseling to facilitate recovery and rehabilitation. Job Requirements Start date: ASAP Contract length: 13 weeks
Friday to Tuesday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No call required. Floating within the hospital and scope of practice may be required. Current BLS certification is required.
A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist is required. Facility Requirements Locals and first-time travelers are accepted. Block scheduling is permitted from Friday to Tuesday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
