RN Acute Leukemia & Hematology Oncology 1. Job Details
Nights, 3×12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM Alternative: 12-hour rotating day/night contracts may be available; shifts can change every 4-week scheduling period based on staffing needs. Charting: Epic Floating: Required to other Med-Surg Oncology units. Guaranteed Hours: Not specified.
Local Candidates: Accepted at the same rate. Travel
Required. 2. Mandatory Experience & Certifications Minimum 2 years of overall nursing experience. Current, consistent acute-care experience in the specialty within the last 12 months.
Medical-Surgical Oncology experience. At least one inpatient hematology/oncology position documented in the work history and checklist. Leukemia/blood dyscrasias experience is a hard requirement.
Candidates without it should not be submitted. ONS/ONCC chemotherapy certification — required. BLS — required.
ACLS — required. NIHSS — listed as preferred. Valid compact or state RN license in hand at submission.
Nursing education from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program.
