✓You’ll need
Licensure
Active Florida RN license or active Multi-State (eNLC) RN license in good standing preferred
Certifications
✓Knowledge of safe chemotherapy/biotherapy administration principles for pediatric populations (as required by certification)
BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) preferred
PALS (AHA) preferred
Qualifications
✓Experience floating between inpatient units while maintaining high-quality care
✓Strong pediatric nursing assessment skills and ability to manage changing patient conditions
✓Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
✓Effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
✓Comfort documenting in an electronic medical record (EMR)
✓Professionalism, accountability, and ability to work independently while escalating appropriately
1+ year of experience as an RN in a pediatric hematology/oncology setting (preferred)
Other Requirements preferred
APHON Pediatric Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider Course preferred
Must be active/in good standing (within 1 year, per policy) preferred
