Clinical
Biopsychosocial assessments, patient counseling, care coordination, and documentation. Community Resources: Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, food assistance, and community-based programs. Preferred: Oncology experience, hospice care, advance directives, individual/group counseling, and cultural awareness.
