Registered Nurse, Operating Room. The position supports perioperative nursing services in a rotating-shift environment. The role requires an active Colorado license or eligibility to obtain licensure before the start date, along with required life-support certifications.
Job Details
Rotating 12-hour shifts; 36 hours per week. Required
Associate Degree in Nursing; unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in Colorado or ability to obtain licensure before the start date; Basic Life Support (BLS), which may be obtained upon hire; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN); experience at an accredited facility with a formal Operating Room training program; orthopedic Operating Room nursing experience; scrub and circulating experience; successful completion of Periop 101. Additional Information: The position requires the ability to safely function in a low-oxygen environment at an elevation of approximately 8,000 feet.
