Operating Room (OR) Nurse, Los Alamos, NM This position involves providing surgical nursing care within an operating room environment. Job Details Position Description: The role entails working in the surgical services department, serving patients of all ages in a 3-bed operating room and 3-bed post-anesthesia care unit (PACU). Required
Valid licensure to work as an RN in New Mexico, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), minimum of 2+ years of experience in operating room nursing, and the ability to work the specified schedule.
Days shift, 8 hours per day, totaling 40 hours per week. Additional Information: The position involves call requirements of 10 to 11 days per month, with the possibility of increased days if staffing is limited. Candidates must have current certifications at submission; travel experience is a plus.
This role requires compliance with New Mexico state background and fingerprinting requirements.
