• Number of Beds – 16 Operating rooms
• Number of Staff – we staff one team of RN, SA, surgical tech per OR room running on day shift and taper on evenings. Call on weekends and nights
• Type of staff: o Day Shift – day shift (16 RN’s, 16 SA’s, and 16 surgical techs) evening shift (tapered to 4 teams from 3-5, 2 teams from 5-7 and 1 team from 7-11p. Call starts for additional 2 teams at 3pm. o Night Shift - call only
• Patient Ratios – 1-1
• Type of equipment – OR equipment. Robotics, neurosurgery, general, plastics, urology, ortho etc.
• EMR - Meditech Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Robotic experience
• Ortho experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Neurosurgical experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• All except for transplant and cardiac surgery REQUIRED

• CNOR is a plus
