Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR) Assignment Details Location: Sitka, AK Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Tuesday–Friday, 4 x 10-hour shifts Call Requirement: Shared on-call rotation (approximately 1 in 3) Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Responsibilities Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care as a circulating nurse in the Operating Room. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient patient care. Care for patients undergoing a variety of elective and emergency surgical procedures, including general, orthopedic, vascular, ENT, urology, OB/GYN, thoracic, and plastic surgery.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to established patient safety standards. Qualifications Active Alaska RN license is required at the time of submission. Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Minimum 3 years of recent Operating Room experience . Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
