Registered Nurse, OR Circulator - Robotic Surgery Registered Nurse, OR Circulator, Robotic Surgery Location: Rutherfordton, NC Job Type: Full-time
7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, plus 1 to 2 on-call shifts per week (30-minute call-back)
$70,000 to $90,000 per year, plus signing bonus Join a collaborative surgical team as an OR circulating nurse, supporting orthopedic, general, robotic, and OB/GYN cases. Must-Haves Active North Carolina RN license or compact license with NC endorsement Associate’s Degree in Nursing 2+ years as an Operating Room Circulating RN Experience with orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci robotic, and some OB/GYN procedures BLS within 30 days and ACLS within 90 days of hire Ability to meet a 30-minute call-back response What You’ll Do Perform pre-, intra-, and post-operative patient assessments Circulate for orthopedic, general, robotic (da Vinci), and OB/GYN surgeries Partner with surgeons and anesthesiologists for safe, efficient procedures Anticipate the surgical team’s needs to keep cases running smoothly Maintain accurate perioperative documentation Deliver age-appropriate, procedure-specific nursing care Nice-to-Haves BSN CNOR certification Compensation and Benefits $70,000 to $90,000 per year Signing bonus Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage Paid family leave and PTO 401(k) with company match Tuition assistance Free gym membership and wellness programs About the Company Our client is a community hospital in western North Carolina offering a full range of surgical services, including robotic surgery.
