This leadership role oversees daily operations, staff development, patient safety, and operational excellence within a busy surgical program. The Main Operating Room includes 14 operating suites featuring endovascular, open-heart, robotic, pediatric, cystoscopy, and general surgery services. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced OR leader to join a collaborative team committed to exceptional patient care and continuous growth.
Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Operating Room Lead, mentor, and develop perioperative staff Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety standards Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and resource utilization Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and hospital leadership Drive quality improvement and operational efficiency initiatives Requirements Active RN license Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing leadership experience in a high-volume surgical setting Strong perioperative clinical and operational knowledge Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to quality, patient safety, and staff development
