Days - 5x8s (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) Requirements Active NY RN License (or proof of application submission) Minimum 2+ years of recent OR experience Experience must be within the last year STRONG Orthopedic experience REQUIRED (Hard Stop) Certifications Required: BLS ACLS Required OR Experience Total Joint Replacements Orthopedic Robotic Surgery Spine Procedures Cervical & Lumbar Fusions Laminectomy/Discectomy Arthroscopy Open & Closed Reduction of Fractures ACL Reconstruction Carpal Tunnel Release Ankle Fusion General Surgery Cases Laparoscopic Procedures GYN Procedures Urology Cases ENT Procedures Conscious Sedation Monitoring Blood Product Administration Dysrhythmia Recognition & Management Schedule Requirements Every Other Weekend (EOW) Every Other Holiday (EOH) Floating as needed per facility Maximum Call-Off Allowance: 3 shifts per 13-week contract Telemetry Test Requirement Telemetry assessment required during orientation 15-question exam Minimum score: 80% Two attempts allowed Failure after the second attempt will result in contract cancellation
