Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in neuro, ortho, and trauma surgical cases, with the ability to scrub and/or circulate. BLS Certification required Shift Information Available Shifts: 7 AM to 5 PM, 7 AM to 7 PM Weekend rotation and call responsibilities as determined by the manager Travelers will work weekend shifts of 12 hours in rotation with staff Weekday shifts may include 8-hour assignments in rotation Unit Overview Number of Suites: 23 Average Number of Cases Per Day: 75 Common Procedures Include: Trauma, Ortho, Neuro, Cardiac, Exploratory Laparotomies Requirements Level 1 trauma center experience preferred Experience in scrubbing and circulating for neuro, ortho, and trauma cases is a plus Must be available for weekends and on-call shifts as needed Call Expectations All travelers are expected to take the same call requirements as permanent staff Call response time is 45 minutes Each traveler is to fulfill assigned call shifts based on a rotation schedule Additional Information Self-scheduling is available within reasonable limits; block scheduling is not guaranteed Hospital issued scrub color/dress code will be provided Join our dedicated team and contribute to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced operating room environment.
