Days, 4x10-Hour shifts (07:00–17:30) One 8-hour on-call shift per week when needed; may rotate to weekends. Location: 5700 S Maryland Ave, Chicago, IL 60637-1426 Requirements & Preferences: Level I Trauma experience strongly preferred Scrub experience required (must be reflected on profile) Epic EHR

1+ year exempts candidate from instructor-led class, allowing flexible start dates Illinois RN license required in hand at time of submission No license hits accepted Compliance Notes RTO: no more than 3 days total; none permitted during first or last week of contract Candidates with less than 2 years of experience may be considered — see full description for specifics Former UCM/PRN/Ingalls staff must have separated 7+ months before returning as a traveler (all other requirements still apply) Any block scheduling/special schedule requests must be raised at time of submittal and discussed during interview — requests made after offer acceptance or on-site will not be honored
