Registered Nurse, Operating Room. This position supports inpatient surgical services across orthopedic, neurological, urological, general, and thoracic procedures. The role includes day shifts with varied scheduling and participation in required holiday coverage.
Job Details
Day shifts varying between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.; 10 hours per shift; 40 hours per week. Assignment Dates: 11/09/202602/06/2027. Required
Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room experience; American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Additional Information: The position supports the primary inpatient surgical unit, which operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with daily case volumes ranging from 28 to 55 procedures. Surgical services include orthopedic, neurological, urological, general, and thoracic procedures, with robotic surgical technology used for select service lines.
Required holiday coverage includes two of the following three major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day, plus one minor holiday: the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
