Orientation Dates: 9/21, 9/28, 10/5, 10/12, 10/1924 months of of current operating room experience [required] --- (hospital/medical center experience will be prioritized)circulating / operating room experience [required]scrub experience [highly preferred]experience in the following cases: General, davinci Robotics, Pediatrics and Trauma [required]additional experience in the following cases: (Neurology, orthopedics (primarily trauma), gynecology, urology, transplants, plastics, Ear, nose, throat, Vascular) [highly preferred]EPIC electronic medical systems experience within previous 3 years [required]Trauma Level I experience [highly preferred]Trauma level II experience [required]No 1st time travelers, must have completed a travel assignment within previous 15 mos. Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current operating room experience [required]Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Operating Room Nurse, scrub/scrubbing) – [required]Nursy’s must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission – [required] [document]Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]Driver’s License [document] [required]AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS – [required]Registration/Certification
