Travel Operating Room RN | Fairbanks, Alaska $3,307/week with housing provided OR $3,741/week without housing Favorite Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for a 16-week travel assignment in Fairbanks, Alaska. Assignment Details Start dates: November 16, November 30, or December 14, 2026
Four 10-hour day shifts; 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., rotating days Monday–Friday Surgical Cases General surgery, GYN, urology, orthopedics, neuro/spine, podiatry, ENT, plastics, vascular, eyes, and trauma. Includes da Vinci robotic procedures in general surgery, GYN, and urology. Pay Options Option 1: Housing provided — $3,307 weekly gross $54/hour × 32 regular hours $81/hour × 8 overtime hours $931 weekly stipend Housing provided Option 2: Arrange your own housing — $3,741 weekly gross $24/hour × 32 regular hours $81/hour × 8 overtime hours $1,825 weekly stipend $500 weekly housing bonus, included in the weekly gross Weekly gross amounts are based on the scheduled 40-hour workweek and listed overtime structure.
