Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate start, with a contract duration of 13 weeks. This position offers flexible shifts with a preferred schedule of 0700 to 1700. The selected candidate will be required to provide call coverage for two shifts each month.
Key
Assist in surgical procedures and ensure the operating room is prepared and maintained. Monitor patient status and vital signs before, during, and after surgical procedures. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient care.
Utilize Cerner charting for accurate and timely documentation.
Current BLS certification is required. Strong experience in Orthopedic, Neuro, and Trauma nursing is essential. Ability to provide effective patient care in a high-stress environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Additional Information: Scrubs will be provided for this position. This role is located in a well-respected academic medical center, providing care to a diverse patient population.
