Qualifications
✓Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
✓Travel experience required
✓Teaching, community, and LTAC experience required
✓Trauma Level II experience required
✓Experience in orthopedic, spine/neuro, general, GYN, ENT, ophthalmology, pain management, urology, vascular, and trauma procedures
✓Provide perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced Operating Room setting
✓Assist with a wide range of surgical procedures, including robotic, orthopedic, spine/neuro, general, gynecological, vascular, and trauma surgeries
✓Support Da Vinci Xi robotic-assisted surgical procedures
✓Assist with procedures involving ENT, ophthalmology, urology, pain management, and cardiovascular specialties
✓Monitor patients during conscious sedation and cardiac monitoring
✓Administer blood and blood products as required
✓Perform specimen handling, labeling, wound management, and peripheral IV insertion
✓Follow infection control protocols, radiation and laser safety, and universal protocols, including surgical time-outs
✓Maintain patient safety during all phases of perioperative care
✓Work with adult and pediatric patients, including neonates and geriatrics
2–3 years of OR experience strongly preferred
Cerner experience required/preferred (some experience is mandatory)
Trauma Level I experience preferred
Charge experience preferred
Experience with Da Vinci Xi robotic surgery preferred
