Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) Circulator We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) Circulator to join our team. This position is critical for ensuring optimal patient care during surgical procedures. Assignment Details Start Date: ASAP Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
Day shift, Monday to Friday, 06:30 - 15:00 Responsibilities The Operating Room RN Circulator will be responsible for: Coordinating and delivering patient care in the operating room. Managing the surgical environment, ensuring it is safe, sterile, and prepared for procedures. Supporting the surgical team during operations by providing necessary tools and supplies.
Communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members regarding patient needs and care plans. Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RN, specifically in an operating room setting. Proficiency in Orthopedics (total joints), General Surgery, and Obstetrics (C-sections).
BLS, ACLS, and PALS are mandatory. Special Procedures/Equipment Experience Experience with the following is preferred: Orthopedics Gynecology Podiatry General Surgery Endoscopy Labor and Delivery (C-sections) Availability Requirements Candidates should be willing to participate in the following: Call duty every 5th or 6th weekend. On-call one day during the week.
