Summary of

- Ability to circulate and scrub across multiple service lines: General, GYN, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Pediatrics, Thoracic, Robotics. Mandatory

- 2 years OR experience; valid Ohio nursing license; Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association only.

- Level I trauma experience; CNOR. Required Licenses/Certifications: - Ohio RN license; Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association only. Physical Environment/Requirements: - Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk throughout the day.

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 250 lbs. with assistance. Network access and/or applications needed: - Epic, Pyxis, Vocera, Outlook
