Licensure
✓Active permanent Ohio RN license or Compact RN license required and must be in hand at submission

Certifications
✓Current BLS certification required and must be active at submission; pending certifications are not accepted
Qualifications
✓Minimum 18 months of permanent Operating Room (OR) RN experience required
✓Vascular Surgery experience REQUIRED
✓Ability to work 4x10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–5:30 PM)
✓One manager, ANM, supervisor, or director reference from the specialty required from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
✓All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at submission and discussed during the interview
✓BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract
