Days, 4x10hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: Oct 5, 2026 Length: 14 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring orthopedic scrub experience, including total joint and spine procedures. Details Operating Room setting with 40-60 cases per day Handles orthopedic cases including total joint procedures (hips, knees, shoulders) and orthopedic spine surgeries Uses Epic EMR 10-hour shifts scheduled 0700-1730, 4 days per week No weekend requirements No holiday requirements aside from 1 major holiday On-call expectation of 2-3 twelve-hour call shifts within a six-week period No floating required Requirements Active RN license (VA or Compact) currently in hand BLS certification required (must be AHA) CNOR certification preferred Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience required Must be able to start IVs Must be able to scrub orthopedic total joint and spine procedures Additional Information Maroon scrubs provided 1 week of floor orientation provided First time travelers may be considered
