Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds – 18 · Number of Staff – · Type of staff: Mix of RN, Surgical Tech o Day Shift – Scrub and Circulator for 18 rooms; Charge RN; Service Line Experts/Support; OR Support Technicians o Night Shift – Scrub and Circulator – trauma team; additional on-call teams · Patient Ratios – · Type of equipment – · EMR – Meditech Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · Level 2 or greater trauma experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. · Expert spine and ortho skills List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · Spinal fusion, total joint replacements, ortho trauma · DaVinci Robot procedures (prostatectomy, colectomy, gastric bypass, etc.) REQUIRED
