Evenings, 4x10hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: Dec 7, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for an evening shift role at a Level 1 trauma and academic medical center, requiring 5+ years of OR experience. Details Work in the 6K Operating Room unit of a Level 1 trauma and academic medical center Role includes both scrub and circulate duties, though circulate-only candidates will also be considered 10-hour evening shift, 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM, 40 hours per week Off-shift (evening/night/weekend) staff should be prepared to support all service lines including pediatrics and eyes Day shift staff should be well-rounded across ortho (joint and trauma), neuro (crani and spine), plastics/burn, gen/trauma, colorectal, surgical oncology, gyn, gyn oncology, urology, robotics, CV, thoracic, vascular, and transplant cases 13-week assignment Requirements Active FL or compact RN license required 5+ years of Operating Room nursing experience preferred Level 1 trauma center and academic medical center experience preferred Surgery center experience does not count toward required years of experience No significant unexplained work history gaps over 30 days Additional Information Perform scrub and/or circulate duties across a wide range of surgical specialties Must be ready to float and support multiple service lines depending on shift
