```html Quick Look ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Operating Room (Day Shift) in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Location Upper Marlboro, MD Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule/Shift 5x8 schedule, Monday through Friday, from 06:45 AM to 03:15 PM.
On-call required 5-6 times every 4 weeks, including weekends.
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room at a Level II Trauma center, where you will handle general OR cases including trauma, urology, podiatry, orthopedics, plastics, neurology, gynecology, and more. Experience with DaVinci robotics is required. You will be responsible for patient care in a dynamic surgical environment, utilizing Epic for documentation.
Responsibilities Scrub and circulate during procedures. Provide patient-centered care and maintain safety protocols. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as needed. Participate in on-call shifts and weekend rotations as scheduled. Required Experience A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in an operating room setting is required, with consideration given to candidates with 2 years if they possess strong experience and skills.
Proven experience with general OR and robotics procedures. Certifications/Licensure Active RN license in Maryland. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
