Title: RN – Ortho/Trauma Duration: 13 weeks

Floating Shift 3*12s 36hours/week

Rotating Days/Evenings/Nights Hours: 36 or 48 hours/week

Floating, weekends, holidays, on-call, callback, and charge duties as needed License: NY RN License only

2 years minimum; orthopedic experience required

Telemetry experience

AHA BLS and AHA ACLS Unit Focus: Orthopedic trauma, spinal surgery, and elective orthopedic procedures Preferred: Level I Trauma facility experience Key

Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork

Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating Move Two (2) years Experience Required RN License (ONLY NY Licenses are accepted at this time) Required BLS (American Heart Association ONLY) Required Telemetry Experience Required Required Orthopedic Experience Required ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY) Required Questions: Question 1 does this candidate have EPIC experience within the last year? Question 2 When can this candidate start their assignment at SMH?

Question 3 Does this candidate have RTO? If yes, what are the dates? Question 4 When is this candidate available for an interview with URMC?

Question 5 Does this candidate live 50 miles or greater from URMC? Question 6 Is this candidate aware of D/E/N rotating shifts on the inpatient units? Question 7 Is HCP able to obtain TB skin test? #TB_RN
