Schedule: 1.0

day shift position, 40 hours/week. 8-hour day shifts. The weekly schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, between the hours of 7:30am-5:30pm. You will work at the University Ave Rehab Clinic at 6330 University Ave., Middleton, WI.

This position may be eligible for a $4,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). Be part of something remarkableHelp pediatric patients live their lives to the fullest. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Pediatric to:Provide consultative and developmentally appropriate habilitative and rehabilitative treatment services to a wide variety of pediatric patients (infant to adolescent) in an outpatient clinic setting.

Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based patient and family treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes. Work within the context of patient- and family- centered care in a primary and specialty care academic medical center. Seek continual learning opportunities to advance one’s own practice and educate others.
