The Outpatient Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. This role requires a strong understanding of rehabilitation practices and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and wellness. Responsibilities Evaluate patient needs and create customized treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic treatments to improve patient mobility and function. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy.
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
