Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Outpatient New Milford. Job Details Required
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; current CPR Certification.
Day shift, 8 hours per shift, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Assignment Period: 11/16/202602/15/2027. Additional Information: Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, establishing treatment goals, documenting care accurately and promptly, providing services under valid physician orders, educating patients and families, supporting student learning when assigned, maintaining professional licensure, completing required continuing education, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
