Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehab New Castle, Delaware We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient rehab contract in New Castle, Delaware . Position Highlights Outpatient Rehabilitation Setting 13-Week Travel Contract Full-Time Schedule Adult Patient Population Collaborative Rehab Team New Castle, Delaware Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs. Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, neurological, and general musculoskeletal conditions.
Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions. Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies. Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
