Details Outpatient physical therapy setting Day shift, 5x8s, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM No call required Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if licensed on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent 2 years of recent outpatient experience required, 5 years preferred PT licensure in state of practice required (License required if applicable) BLS certification from an approved vendor required Candidates with a prior hit on their license will not be considered Additional Information Conducts treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental function Serves as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care Completes evaluations, establishes individualized treatment and discharge plans, and communicates plans to appropriate parties Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines Supervises assigned assistants Required vaccinations are a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions considered Accepts local candidates with no radius rule; local rates are the same as travel rates Candidates with more than 5 days of RTO will be automatically declined
