RequirementsGraduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapist assistant programState LicensureBasic Life Support CertificationCompensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary: $27 - $36 / hour (based on experience and market factors) Monthly Incentive Bonuses for meeting daily visit thresholds Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 available in select locations!
