- NBO: 16 hours
- Orientation Dates: 10/12, 10/26
- Billable Overtime:
- 36-40 hrs/week, OT after 40
- 48 hrs/week, OT after 48
- OT/Holiday Rate: 1.15x
- Call Back Rate: 1.5x, 2-hr minimum
- On Call
$9/hr - Charge/Precept
$6/hr - EMR System: EPIC - Certification
- Active Iowa or Compact RN license
- BLS (AHA, ARC, or US Military)
- ACLS (AHA, ARC, or US Military)
- PALS (AHA, ARC, or US Military)

- PACU-specific skills checklist
- 1 supervisory reference (within last 2 years)
- Valid driver’s license
- Nursys verification
- Employee Separation Policy: UPH FTE/PRN staff cannot work travel in another market within 12 months; not applicable to prior travelers
- Local Radius Rule: No locals; must reside at least 50 miles from facility (DL verification)
